Giving an unfavorable opinion of acoustics of the [Royal] Opera House in Berlin, saying they are bad both for operas and orchestral concerts, that neither the "Schwung" of a Richard Strauss, nor Weingartner's exceptionally suggestive power, nor the rhythmic discipline of Karl Muck helps very much, offering more specific criticisms of the hall's acoustics, etc.
